First, I want to thank ALL of you for subscribing to chaitime and supporting my writing journey with your likes, reshares and notes of encouragement. I started this journey just 4 months ago and have already met a lot of wonderful folks who have helped me rediscover my love for writing and teaching!

Looking ahead to 2025
Here is what you can expect in 2025 on ChaiTime.
Regular articles but not on a schedule
I am excited to continue writing on ChaiTime so you’ll see a steady trickle of articles here. As a full-time working mom, I’ll be doing my best to weave ChaiTime into my work-life tapestry but given the multiple priorities to manage, I won’t commit to a specific number of articles or specific publishing days here.
I’ve also found I do my best writing when inspiration strikes! Perhaps it was a conversation at work. Or a chat with a mentee. Or even a parenting win. I want to keep my publishing schedule flexible enough to let creativity take over and bring you my best work!
More “life” servings along with “work”
My identity is defined by many things that span my professional and personal life. I’m a woman in tech. A first-gen immigrant. A parent. An engineer. A business leader. And so much more! I take pride in the fact that I have a long list of tags I could attach to myself and that I’m not defined by just a handful of them.
While ChaiTime started with me wanting to share my career learnings, it has evolved to me wanting to share my learnings from all these different roles! I know many of you similarly have multiple identities and may resonate with these not-just-career posts. Looking forward to bringing more of those to ChaiTime in 2025!
No more paid posts
Yep you read that right!
ChaiTime will still have a paid-subscriber tier but that will be for free and unlimited access to my Gumroad library of digital products. I have enjoyed creating these workbooks for a few posts in 2024 and will continue doing so in 2025. From your feedback, I know many of you found them useful to help you with your own situations!
From now onwards all ChaiTime posts will be free. Many will have these additional digital products that you are welcome to purchase individually but a paid subscription will always be more cost effective.
In fact, as a new year gift to you all, I have made my Cross-functional Teams series that was a paid series before completely free for everyone!
